Production in Poland
13 years of experience
About the company
We specialize in design and production of trailers for the catering industry. We create mobile sales points for permanent locations, seasonal operations and event services.
Trailers are manufactured in our plant in Poland. We use, among others, sandwich panels, waterproof plywood, aluminum elements, galvanized and stainless steel. We adapt each project to the equipment, position layout and customer service method.
Tell us about your idea, the planned menu and the devices that will be included in the interior. On this basis, we will help you determine the dimensions, scope of installation and technical solutions.
Mobile business without the limitations of one location
Don't wait for customers to come to you. Go where they are.
Your own trailer gives you the freedom to choose where you sell. You can operate closer to events, seasonal traffic and the locations where your customers are located.

Quality is our priority
Each trailer is created with a specific business in mind. The layout of the stations, the type of construction and the arrangement of devices are determined together with the client.
We analyze the way of work, planned equipment and expected scope of implementation. We offer solutions tailored to real needs.
We prepare each quote individually. The scope of work, equipment and additional elements are presented in a clear offer before starting implementation.
Design, construction, installations, interior design and agreed equipment can be carried out in one place.
We use, among others, sandwich panels, waterproof plywood, aluminum elements, galvanized and stainless steel, as well as components selected for intensive use.
The finished trailer can be picked up at our headquarters in Bydgoszcz. We can also organize transport to the indicated address.
Flexible way of operating
The same trailer can operate year-round in one location, work seasonally, or support selected events.

The trailer can act as a recognizable landmark in one location while still retaining the ability to be relocated in the future.

The mobile form allows you to adjust the place of business to the season, weather and periods of greatest interest in the offer.

Your own point of sale can serve festivals, fairs, outdoor events, sporting events and events organized by companies.
How we do it
From the first conversation and determining the equipment to the receipt of the finished trailer, we guide the client through the entire implementation process - without intermediaries.
We get to know your idea, sales method, planned equipment and expected completion date.
We determine the dimensions of the structure, the layout of the stations, the arrangement of devices, windows, doors and required installations.
After accepting the design, we begin the construction, installation and interior design. Then we install the agreed equipment.
We hand over the finished trailer at our headquarters in Bydgoszcz or deliver it to the indicated address.
Manufacturer's guide
Mały is a Polish manufacturer of catering trailers that creates mobile sales points tailored to individual customer requirements. We design and make trailers from scratch, taking into account the type of business, planned equipment, number of employees, customer service method and the nature of the brand.
We do not limit ourselves to selling a few ready-made models with an unchanged layout. Every business works differently, so before starting production, we determine how the trailer will be used on a daily basis. Only on this basis do we select its dimensions, structure, arrangement of windows and doors, installations, working surfaces and equipment elements.
Our own production plant allows us to control subsequent stages of implementation and prepare solutions that meet specific needs. The client cooperates directly with the manufacturer - from the first conversation and quote to collecting the finished trailer or delivering it to the indicated address.
The production of catering trailers requires the combination of many competencies. Not only the structure itself is important, but also insulation, electrical and water installations, ventilation, surface finish, arrangement of devices and ergonomics of workstations. All these elements must be properly connected to each other so that the finished trailer is functional and ready for everyday use.
At Firma Mały, the entire process is carried out in one place. Thanks to this, we can supervise compliance of the execution with the adopted assumptions and react if it is necessary to refine a specific solution during production. Direct contact with the manufacturer also makes it easier to arrange details and reduces the risk of misunderstandings resulting from transferring the project between several independent contractors.
Our own production allows us to fulfill orders that exceed standard dimensions and ready-made systems. The trailer can be designed as a small point operated by one person, a larger station for several employees or a repeatable model intended for a growing network of mobile sales points.
By working directly with the manufacturer, the customer can determine, among other things:
Thanks to this, the finished structure can be adapted not only to the type of products sold, but also to the method of preparing orders, work organization and the planned customer service model.
The manufacturer's experience is important because many trailer-related problems become apparent only during daily operation. Too narrow passages, poorly positioned devices, insufficient number of sockets, lack of service access or improperly planned ventilation can significantly hamper business operations.
Firma Mały has been operating on the market for over 13 years. During this time, we have completed approximately 900 projects and made 800 trailers for customers from Poland and other countries. Each subsequent implementation develops our knowledge of the practical use of mobile sales points.
The experience we have gained allows us not only to carry out orders in accordance with the agreed design, but also to pay attention to solutions that may facilitate subsequent operation. We analyze, among others, the method of opening devices, the width of passages, access to cabinets, the arrangement of connections and the space necessary for cleaning or servicing the equipment.
So it's not just about repeating one proven model. The greatest value comes from the ability to translate a client's individual idea into a structure that can be used comfortably, safely and effectively.
There is no one universal project suitable for every entrepreneur. A small seasonal point should be planned differently, a stand operating every day in one location, and a trailer intended for frequent trips between events should be planned differently.
The differences are not only in dimensions. When designing, you should consider the number of people working inside, the size of equipment, the number of products on the menu, how orders are prepared, energy and water needs, cooling and ventilation requirements, where inventory will be stored, and the expected number of customers served.
Therefore, production begins with understanding the customer's business. Information about what will be sold is important, but in itself it is not enough. We also need to know how individual activities will take place and how the trailer is supposed to function during peak traffic hours.
An individual design allows you to adjust the arrangement of elements to the sequence of tasks performed. If an employee accepts an order, prepares the product, adds additives, packs it and delivers it to the customer, the necessary positions should form a logical sequence. This limits unnecessary movement, crossing paths of employees and reaching through other stations.
When determining the layout, we analyze, among others:
The answers to these questions help prepare an interior that supports employees instead of hindering them in performing their duties.
A custom-made trailer can be tailored to the customer's specific expectations already at the construction stage. This allows you to avoid difficult and costly changes to the finished structure.
As part of an individual project, you can determine the length and width of the trailer, the interior height, the position of the axles, the number of sales windows, the size of openings, the direction of door opening, the arrangement of countertops and cabinets, the location of devices, tanks and electrical points, the type of lighting, the method of ventilation and the external appearance.
The scope of personalization always depends on the construction parameters, the purpose of the trailer, the weight of the equipment and technical requirements. Not every solution can be used in every place. A large sales window, heavy equipment or extensive installation may affect other design elements.
Therefore, the best time to change the layout is before the start of production. Moving a window, door, drain, duct or large pre-built device can be expensive, complicated, and sometimes impossible without interfering with the structure.
A larger trailer is not always a better solution. Additional space may increase the comfort of work, but it also affects the weight, mobility, cost of construction, method of transport and the ability to place the structure in a selected location.
The dimensions should result from actual needs. First, it is worth preparing a list of devices, determining the number of employees and determining the necessary work surfaces. Only on this basis can the appropriate length and width of the development be estimated.
A trailer that is too small may cause lack of freedom of movement, collisions between stations, insufficient space on countertops, difficulties with storing supplies and problems with assembling all devices. It may also hinder access to the installation and reduce the speed of service.
In turn, an unnecessarily large structure means higher production costs, greater total weight, more difficult maneuvering and greater demands on the towing vehicle. It may also cause problems with positioning the trailer on a small plot, square or event stand.
The manufacturer's task is to find the right proportions between work comfort, the amount of equipment, available space and the mobility of the entire structure.
Ergonomics affects not only the comfort of employees, but also the speed of preparing and issuing orders. During peak traffic times, a poorly planned interior can significantly slow down work, even if all the equipment theoretically fits into the trailer.
When designing the development, you should take into account the range of movements of employees, the width of passages, the method of opening equipment doors, access to cabinets and the space needed for cleaning and servicing the equipment. A large refrigerator may fit into the design but block the entire passage when you open the door. A similar problem may occur with a sink, cabinet, stove or appliance placed too close to the workstation.
A functional interior should provide:
Depending on the type of business, the interior may include an area for accepting orders, preparing products, technological devices, cooling and storage, washing and issuing ready orders.
The order reception area may include a sales window, a cash register, a payment terminal, a menu and a place to put products away. The preparation area should provide access to ingredients, accessories and the work surface. Technological devices must be arranged taking into account their dimensions, opening method, power supply, ventilation and service access.
The refrigeration and storage part includes refrigeration equipment, shelves, cabinets and places for storing packaging and supplies. The washing zone should include a sink, washbasin, water supply, drains and tanks. In case of higher traffic, it is also worth considering separating the place of receiving orders from the place of issuing them.
Installations should be designed based on the specific equipment and use of the trailer. Their random arrangement can make work difficult, limit the ability to connect devices and lead to costly changes at a later stage.
Devices used in a mobile point have different energy requirements. What matters is not only their total power, but also which of them will work at the same time. At the design stage, we determine the type of planned power supply, the number of circuits, the arrangement of sockets, power points for permanently mounted equipment, internal and external lighting, ventilation power supply and space for installation protection.
Determining equipment parameters in advance helps avoid overloading the installation and using accidental extension cords. It also allows you to place sockets where they are actually needed.
The scope of the water installation depends on how the trailer is used. It is important to determine the source of water, the size of tanks, the number of intake points and the method of sewage disposal. The design may include clean and used water tanks, a pump, heating, a sink, a washbasin, additional water points, drains and the possibility of connecting to an external installation.
Tanks and pipes take up space and add weight, so their location should be determined before installation. They must also be accessible for refilling, emptying, cleaning and servicing.
Ventilation is also an important element. Heating devices can quickly raise the interior temperature and cause steam and moisture to settle on surfaces. The method of air exchange depends on the type of equipment, the amount of heat generated and the structure of the trailer.
Already at the design stage, heat and steam sources, ventilation installation location, cable routes, fresh air supply and access needed for cleaning should be planned. Installing ventilation in a finished trailer may require interference with the roof, walls or building system.
The trailer is exposed to transport, vibrations, temperature changes, moisture and intensive use. Therefore, materials must be selected not only in terms of appearance, but above all, durability and place of use.
In our projects, we use, among others, galvanized and stainless steel, sandwich panels, waterproof plywood, aluminum elements, carpets intended for intensive use and proven components and fittings.
Different requirements apply to the supporting structure, external walls, floors, countertops and surfaces near water and heating devices. The appropriate combination of materials affects durability, appearance and comfort of subsequent use.
Space is limited in a mobile point of sale, so the ability to quickly maintain order is important. Smooth, durable and properly connected surfaces facilitate daily cleaning. The design of the building is also important - hard-to-reach gaps, space behind devices and accidental combinations of materials may make it difficult to care for the interior.
The trailer can be operated during summer heat, colder months, wind and precipitation. Appropriate insulation of walls, roof and floor helps limit the impact of outside temperature on conditions inside. It does not replace ventilation, heating or cooling, but supports the maintenance of more stable working conditions.
Well-made insulation can affect the comfort of employees, the rate at which the interior heats up, the ability to work in different seasons, limiting moisture condensation and the efficiency of refrigeration devices.
Each piece of equipment increases the weight of the finished structure. This applies not only to the largest appliances, but also to countertops, cabinets, installations, tanks, water, products, packaging and portable equipment.
Therefore, it is worth preparing a list of equipment before starting production. This allows you to assess the impact of individual devices on the trailer's parameters and plan their arrangement accordingly.
Not only the total mass is important, but also its distribution. The heaviest devices, tanks and building elements should not be placed randomly in one place without taking into account the structure and the position of the axes.
The weight of the trailer should include everything that will be inside it during daily operation: products, water, cylinders, packaging, accessories, cleaning products and other materials. The empty mass of the structure itself does not represent the full operational load.
Mobility allows you to conduct business in different locations. The trailer can work as a permanent point of sale, appear seasonally in places with increased traffic or serve fairs, festivals, concerts and corporate events.
Not every activity requires frequent transportation. Some entrepreneurs place the trailer in one location and use the option of moving it only if they change their place of business. Others regularly travel between events and need a structure that is ready to transport efficiently and get up and running quickly once in place.
The trailer is also a visible brand carrier. Its shape, colors and markings can attract attention even before the customer becomes familiar with the menu or offer. The external design should be consistent with the company name, logo, advertising materials and the nature of the business.
However, appearance must be reconciled with functionality. The location of graphics and markings depends, among other things, on the arrangement of windows, doors, lighting, ventilation, flaps and other structural elements. A well-designed trailer can be recognizable both during operation and during transport.
We produce trailers for people starting their businesses and for companies developing new sales points. In the case of a single order, the design can be fully individual. With a larger number of trailers, the ability to repeat an established standard becomes more important.
A repeatable model may determine the dimensions, interior layout, equipment, installation arrangement, finishing materials and external appearance. This makes it easier to train employees, service equipment and maintain a consistent brand image in different locations.
Each implementation requires an orderly process. Thanks to this, the client knows what decisions need to be made and what happens with the project at subsequent stages.
The first step is to understand the client's idea. We discuss the type of business, how the trailer will be used, expected dimensions, equipment, budget and planned date. Then we collect detailed requirements regarding workstations, windows, doors, devices, installations and finishing.
Based on this, we prepare the interior layout. We check the arrangement of buildings and devices, possible collisions, the width of passages and access to individual elements. The next stage is the selection of structure, materials, installation and ventilation.
After determining the scope, we prepare an individual quote. The customer receives information about what elements are included in the price and which solutions are included. Before production begins, the design is approved. This is the best time to make changes affecting the structure, installation and arrangement of equipment.
After acceptance, the construction of the base, structure and external development begins. Then, electrical, water and ventilation installations are installed. Their course must be coordinated with the furniture and the location of devices.
Next, countertops, cabinets, work surfaces and finishing elements are created. If the implementation includes equipment, the devices are placed and connected in prepared places. The finished trailer undergoes compliance inspection within the established scope.
The last stage is collection at our headquarters in Bydgoszcz or transport to the indicated address, if this form has been previously agreed.
It is impossible to reliably determine the price solely based on the information that the customer needs a catering trailer. Two projects with similar dimensions may differ significantly in design, equipment and installation scope.
The cost is influenced by, among others:
We prepare each quote individually after collecting the most important information. Thanks to this, the offer can correspond to the actual scope of implementation.
When comparing prices from different manufacturers, check whether they cover a similar range. The lower amount may result from the lack of installations, furniture, devices or finishing elements, which will later have to be purchased or made on your own.
It is worth paying attention to whether the compared offers include the same dimensions, materials, installations, ventilation, construction, equipment, documentation and transport. A transparent valuation allows you to assess not only the final price, but also the actual completeness of the finished product.
You don't need to know technical details or have a ready-made design. However, it is worth collecting basic information that will help us understand your idea and prepare appropriate solutions.
Before contacting us, describe what you intend to sell, how the products will be prepared and how many employees will be inside. Also prepare a list of the most important devices. It is best to provide their dimensions, power, power supply method and required connections.
Consider whether the trailer will be transported frequently, permanently parked, or used primarily for events. This information affects the dimensions, weight, equipment layout and solutions related to preparing the point for work.
Inspiration photos, sketches and examples of solutions that meet your expectations are also helpful. They do not have to be identical in design - they can be used as a starting point to discuss appearance, layout or function.
It is also worth specifying the approximate budget and planned date of starting the business. This makes it easier to select solutions that can be implemented within the assumed scope and to plan production before a season or a specific event.
The most common mistakes made when ordering a trailer result from selecting dimensions without preparing a list of equipment, purchasing equipment before determining the layout, not taking into account the weight of equipment and supplies, planning too few sockets, and leaving insufficient service access.
Designing solely for appearance can also be a problem. An attractive form is important, but it must not limit the working surface, ventilation, window operation or access to devices. The dimensions and weight should also match the planned method of transport.
We implement projects for clients operating in Poland and abroad. Mobile sales points can be used in various business models and adapted to the visual identification of specific brands.
In the case of an implementation intended for a foreign market, it is important to determine in advance the country of use and the individual customer requirements. This allows us to discuss the scope of documentation, equipment, installations and other technical solutions.
The finished trailer can be picked up at Firma Mały's headquarters or delivered to the indicated address after prior arrangement of transport conditions.
The choice of manufacturer affects not only the appearance of the finished structure. The quality of the design and workmanship determines the subsequent comfort of work, durability of the structure and the possibility of using the trailer in accordance with the assumed business model.
Our trailers are manufactured in our own plant in Poland, so we can control subsequent stages of work. Over 13 years of activity, approximately 900 completed projects and 800 trailers have allowed us to gain experience in structures of various sizes, purposes and degrees of complexity.
We do not impose a single interior layout. We develop solutions based on the client's idea, planned equipment and way of working. We can carry out the implementation from the first arrangements, through design and production, to equipment, acceptance or delivery.
The scope of work is presented in an individual offer, so the customer knows what elements are included in the agreed price. When preparing the project, we also indicate solutions that can improve ergonomics, use of space and the convenience of subsequent use.
Our own production facilities allow us to implement more individual ideas that cannot be limited to a few standard models from the catalog.
A trailer is a tool for running a business. It should not only look good, but also help in efficient customer service, preparing products and organizing work.
Therefore, when designing, we look at the entire implementation from the perspective of the later user. We analyze not only whether the equipment will fit inside, but also whether it will be comfortable to use, whether there will be adequate work surface and whether employees will be able to move freely between workstations.
A well-prepared trailer should correspond to the actual way of working, ensure a logical arrangement of positions, have installations adapted to the equipment, facilitate keeping order, support efficient operation and provide access to elements requiring service.
It should also correspond to the conditions in which it will be used, the planned method of transport and the brand image.
As a manufacturer, we implement structures intended for various applications. Our offer includes trailers intended for mobile catering, ice cream and dessert sales points, empty structures for individual equipment, trailers with non-standard forms, mobile employee facilities and bodies made on vehicles.
On the home page, we primarily present our capabilities as a manufacturer. Detailed information on equipment, applications and variants of individual products can be found on the appropriate offer subpages.
We can work with both clients who have a ready-made project and people who are starting with a general business idea. If the client has his own drawings and equipment list, we analyze the presented assumptions and check the feasibility of their implementation. If necessary, we propose changes resulting from design, installation or ergonomics.
If the client only has an idea, we help sort out the requirements, determine the equipment, work method, dimensions and interior layout. A photo of an existing project can be used as inspiration, but the project should always be tailored to a specific business.
Before contacting us, you can use the trailer configurator. The tool helps collect basic information about the planned implementation and organize the most important decisions.
The configurator does not replace the technical design or conversation with the manufacturer. However, it makes it easier to define initial expectations and prepare a more precise query.
You can indicate, among other things, the expected type of construction, dimensions, layout and equipment elements. Based on the information sent, our team can contact you, discuss the details and determine further stages of implementation.
