A catering car for selling ice cream and waffles with a large sales window open

Our offer

Catering vehicle conversions

We design and produce construction of catering vehicleson new chassis and in existing delivery vehicles. We create mobile kitchens and sales points tailored to the type of menu, equipment and capabilities of a specific vehicle.

A proven path to mobile business

Catering facilities tailored to specific vehicle

The catering car combines the function of a vehicle with a mobile sales point. It does not require towing a separate trailer, so it can be a convenient solution for companies that regularly change their location and provide events, festivals, fairs or outgoing catering.

We start each project with an analysis of the base vehicle. We check the dimensions of the space intended for installation, available load, interior height, body structure and the possibility of making a sales window, entrance and installation.

Only later do we plan the layout of devices and work surfaces. Thanks to this the bodywork is created to suit the capabilities of a specific car, and not according to one scheme used regardless of the vehicle model.

We can install the body on a new chassis intended for further adaptation or on a car that the customer already has. The scope of work depends on the structure of the vehicle, its condition, dimensions and planned function.

In the case of a new construction, we can prepare the structure from scratch, using the car frame as the basis for the walls, roof, floor, windows and interior. When adapting an existing car, we analyze which elements can be retained and which need to be rebuilt or prepared for new equipment.

The walls and roof of the building are made of smooth sandwich panels with thermal insulation properties. A steel frame is mounted on the vehicle structure, and the floor can be made of waterproof plywood finished with a commercial carpet.

Depending on the project, we build a sales window on actuators, an entrance, electrical and water installations, ventilation, furniture and space for specific catering equipment.

The structure can be prepared for the sale of street food, ice cream, desserts, coffee, drinks, bread or other products. We always determine the final scope based on the client's way of working.

Construction dimensions depend on base vehicle

Unlike trailers, we do not use one table of standard dimensions. The available space depends on the specific car, its wheelbase, height, width and body structure.

Before starting the project, you should determine what devices are to be located inside the vehicle and how many people will work in the vehicle at the same time. This allows you to check whether the selected car provides the appropriate amount of space and the required weight.

If the customer does not yet have a vehicle, it is worth determining the equipment before purchasing the car. This allows choose a vehicle for the planned development, instead of adapting the entire business to a randomly selected car.

Body equipment catering car

We select the scope of equipment depending on the type of sale, available space and vehicle parameters. Before performing the installation, it is worth preparing a detailed list of devices, their dimensions, power and requirements regarding ventilation and connections.

Types of implementation

What body structure of the vehicle? can we do?

The scope of work depends on whether the project starts with a new chassis, an existing car or a vehicle prepared for intensive event work.

/ 01

Installation of a new vehicle

In the case of a new chassis, we can design the workspace from scratch. We determine the dimensions of the structure, the arrangement of windows, doors, devices, installations and working surfaces, and then we create a structure tailored to a specific vehicle.

/ 02

Conversion of an existing car

If the client already has a vehicle, we analyze its structure, cargo space and technical capabilities. Then we determine the scope of reconstruction, construction of a sales window, installation, furniture and space for equipment.

/ 03

Food truck for events and mobile sales

A vehicle intended for frequent trips should be prepared to start work efficiently once you arrive at your destination. We design interiors for intensive service during festivals, fairs, outdoor events and outgoing catering.

Repeatability of production

Solutions proven in buildings cars

Each base vehicle is different, but many solutions regarding insulation, installation, work surfaces and interior organization have been proven in our previous projects.

  • / 01

Sandwich panels supporting the thermal insulation of the building.

  • / 02

Electrical and water installations adapted to the agreed equipment.

  • / 03

Work materials prepared for intensive use.

  • / 04

Waterproof plywood floor finished with commercial carpet.

  • / 05

Interior layout designed for a specific vehicle and way of working.

  • / 06

Possibility to adjust colors, lighting and visual identification.

The image of your business

Catering car as a mobile brand showcase

The catering car is visible both during sales and on the way between locations. Thanks to this, it can simultaneously function as a workplace and a mobile vehicle for the brand's visual identification.

The colors of the development, graphics, wrapping, lighting and the layout of the sales window should create a coherent design. However, it is worth determining them only after planning the technical elements so that the markings do not interfere with ventilation, doors, flaps or lighting.

We help connect functional bodywork with a characteristic appearance of the vehicleso that the food truck is a comfortable place to work and at the same time supports brand recognition.

Let's talk about the project

Why Small Company?

Building the vehicle directly at the contractor's

We carry out the design of the body, structure, installations and interior finishing in accordance with the scope established for a specific car. Direct contact makes it easier to consult changes and adapt the project to the technical limitations of the vehicle. Before starting the work, we determine the scope of implementation, equipment and elements included in the quote.

Experience in vehicle construction

We implement both new designs and adaptations of existing cars intended for mobile sales.

/ 02

Design for a specific car

The arrangement of devices, windows, installations and structures results from the dimensions and structure of the base vehicle.

/ 03

Comprehensive equipment

The scope may include installations, furniture, work surfaces, ventilation and preparation of space for catering equipment.

/ 04

Individual implementation

We adapt the design to the menu, method of service, planned equipment and the client's budget.

How we do it

How the development works catering car?

We start each project with a base vehicle and planned equipment. Then we prepare the layout, build the structure and install the established installations and interior elements.

  1. Vehicle and needs analysis

We determine the make, model, dimensions, structure of the car, planned menu, list of devices and method of use. If the car already exists, we also analyze the scope of possible adaptation.

  2. Development design

We prepare the layout of windows, doors, devices, work surfaces, installations and ventilation. The design must take into account the dimensions and design capabilities of a specific vehicle.

  3. Workmanship and equipment

After accepting the project, we make the structure, installations, floor, walls, furniture and equipment.

  4. Collection of the finished vehicle

After completing the work, we hand over the vehicle to the customer along with the documentation resulting from the scope of the bodywork performed. We arrange possible transport individually.
