Our offer
We design and produce empty trailers for your own construction, prepared for customers who want to create the interior themselves, use their own equipment or commission the arrangement to a selected contractor.
A proven path to mobile business
An empty trailer is a solution for customers who have their own vision of the interior, already have equipment or cooperate with their own construction contractor. We prepare a complete structure with cladding, floor, doors and determined arrangement of sales windows, leaving the customer free to further equip the interior.
This variant works well both for people who want to build the structure themselves and for companies with their own technical, furniture or assembly departments. It also allows you to use previously purchased devices and divide the investment into several stages.
On request, we can prepare selected installation elements, thanks to which the customer receives a base ready for further arrangement, without having to interfere with the trailer's structure from the beginning.

Empty trailer without equipment it can be prepared as a starting point for subsequent catering, commercial, service, promotional or event development. Before starting production, we determine its dimensions, door location, number of sales windows and basic construction parameters.
Depending on your needs, we can make the structure itself or extend the scope with prepared electrical installation, basic water installation, hood or selected technical elements. Thanks to this, the client can take over further development at the stage that best suits his capabilities.
The walls and roof are made of smooth sandwich panels with thermal insulation properties. The chassis is made of steel profiles protected with hot-dip zinc. The structure can be made as a light trailer or a heavier braked variant, depending on the dimensions and planned weight of the subsequent equipment.
The standard structure may include a detachable drawbar, stabilizing supports, a maneuvering wheel, road lighting, a sales window opened on actuators, an entrance and a floor made of waterproof plywood finished with a commercial carpet.
We deliver the finished trailer with approval documents appropriate to the variant made, needed for its registration.
We select the dimensions of the structure according to the planned purpose, subsequent development, devices and expected weight of the equipment. Below are the most frequently chosen variants. The values given are length × width × height.
3.5 m trailer
3.50 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
4 m trailer
4.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
4.5 m trailer
4.50 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
5 m trailer
5.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
6 m trailer
6.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
7 m trailer
7.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
In the case of an empty trailer, it is especially important to take into account the weight of the equipment that will be installed later. We select the axle variant and GVM taking into account the planned development, and not only the weight of the empty structure.
Scope of preparation
An empty trailer does not have to mean a completely bare interior. We can complete the implementation at various stages and prepare selected installations or technical elements before handing over the structure to the client.
The variant may include the implementation of an electrical installation with a switchboard, security, lighting and a fixed number of power points. The location of the sockets should be determined before starting work, preferably based on the planned equipment layout.
We can prepare the structure with electrical installation and an installed hood. Before implementation, the location of heating devices, ventilation parameters and the course of subsequent development should be determined.
The variant may include electrical installation and a prepared water system with tanks, pump, water heating, sink and washbasin. The exact scope is determined based on the trailer's future use.
Repeatability of production
In an empty trailer, a well-prepared base is particularly important. The structure, floor, openings, insulation and possible installations should enable subsequent construction of the interior without unnecessary interference with the finished walls and chassis.
Sandwich panels providing insulation for walls and roof.
Chassis made of steel profiles protected with hot-dip zinc.
Possibility to prepare electrical and water installations before construction.
Waterproof plywood with commercial carpet on the floor.
The arrangement of windows and doors is determined according to the future interior layout.
Homologation documents appropriate for the constructed variant of the structure.

A ready-made base for your brand
The lack of internal equipment does not mean that the trailer has to look like an unfinished structure. We take care of the aesthetic appearance of the cladding, windows, doors, fittings and other elements that will remain visible even after the interior is later decorated.
The customer can then match the furniture, devices, signage and visual identification to their own brand. Thanks to this one structure can become the basis for very different types of activities.
If the future interior layout is known already at the ordering stage, it is worth providing us with a plan or a list of devices. This allows you to better determine the location of windows, doors, power points and other elements that would be difficult to relocate later.
Why Small Company?
We prepare the structure in our plant based on the agreed dimensions, hole pattern and installation scope. Direct contact with the manufacturer also allows you to discuss elements that will be installed only during subsequent installation. Before starting production, we determine which elements are made by us and which remain with the client or his contractor. The scope of implementation is presented in an individual offer.

We deliver the finished trailer with approval documents appropriate for the construction variant.
Many years of experience and hundreds of completed structures help us predict elements important for subsequent interior design.
The customer can decide whether to order only an empty structure or also selected installations and technical elements.
How we do it
Before production, we determine not only the dimensions of the structure, but also its future use. Thanks to this, we can properly plan windows, doors and elements that will be important when furnishing the interior later.
We discuss the planned use, approximate equipment, required dimensions and the scope of elements to be made before handing over the trailer.
We determine the dimensions, arrangement of windows and doors, type of chassis and possible installations. If the client has a design of the future interior, we take it into account when preparing the structure.
We make the chassis, walls, roof, floor, openings and agreed installations or technical elements. The scope corresponds to the previously accepted offer.
The customer can collect and equip the finished structure himself or hand it over to a selected contractor. Delivery to a previously agreed address is also possible.
