Your data

Privacy policy

Learn what data we process when you use our forms and how we protect it.

01

Data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is Firma Mały, 34 Przemysłowa Street, 85-758 Bydgoszcz, Poland, tax identification number: 9670344350.

For privacy matters, contact us at biuro@firmamaly.pl or by telephone at +48 501 644 760.

02

Data we process

The contact form and configurator may collect your name, email address, telephone number, message and the selected trailer configuration parameters.

The server may store technical connection logs, including an IP address, request date and browser information. These data are used to keep the website secure and operational.

03

Purposes and legal bases

We use form data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss configurations and take steps requested by a prospective customer before entering into a contract.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for correspondence, security and the establishment or defence of legal claims.

04

Recipients and retention

Data may be entrusted to hosting, email and IT service providers only to the extent required to provide those services. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Correspondence is retained for the time required to process an enquiry and prepare an offer, and afterwards for the period needed to protect against possible claims or meet legal obligations.

05

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing and — where applicable — receive a portable copy of your data.

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

06

Cookies and external services

The website does not use its own analytics tools or marketing cookies. The external Google Map on the contact page is enabled only after consent is given in the cookie settings window or with the “Enable map” button.

After the map is accepted, Google may receive technical data, including your IP address and information about your device and browser, and may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Their use is governed by Google’s privacy and cookie policies.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

If analytics, advertising or other services storing non-essential cookies are enabled in the future, a consent management mechanism will be introduced before they are activated.

07

Security and updates

We use technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, data loss and automated form abuse. Forms are protected by a local proof-of-work mechanism that runs in the background, does not track users and does not send data to an external CAPTCHA provider.

This policy may be updated when website features, providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: 13 August 2026.
