Our offer
We design and produce trailers with unusual shapes, which combine a distinctive appearance with a functional interior. We create, among others, structures with a semi-circular roof, a sloping roof in the form of a house, and structures designed to individual order.
A proven path to mobile business
The characteristic shape helps distinguish the mobile point of sale among standard, rectangular structures. A semi-circular roof, a sloping roof resembling a house or an individually designed shape can become an important element of the brand's visual identification.
However, the unusual appearance requires appropriate preparation of the structure. When designing a trailer, we take into account not only the expected visual effect, but also the interior dimensions, insulation, arrangement of windows and doors, planned equipment and the method of daily customer service.
We start each project by determining the purpose of the trailer. The structure can serve as a catering point, ice cream parlor, cafe, bakery, shop, promotional stand or mobile service point. Only on this basis do we choose the shape and technical solutions.

The trailer with a semi-circular roof is distinguished by a gentle, rounded body line. This look fits well with mobile cafes, ice cream parlors, confectioneries, retail outlets and brands using retro style or modern, minimalist design.
The walls are made of smooth sandwich panels with thermal insulation properties. A semicircular roof can be made of aluminum sheet and an insulating layer. The chassis is made of steel profiles protected with hot-dip zinc.
The rounded roof affects the external appearance and the way in which parts of the installation and development are guided. Therefore, before starting production, we determine the height needed in the interior, the location of lighting, ventilation, hanging cabinets and other elements mounted under the ceiling.
The design can be adapted to catering, selling ice cream, drinks, desserts, commercial products or promotional activities. We determine the interior design separately for each project.
We choose the dimensions depending on the planned equipment, the number of employees, the required working area and the weight of the entire structure. The values given are length × width × height.
2.4 m trailer
Dimensions: 2.40 × 2.00–2.10 × 2.20 m
2.5 m trailer
Dimensions: 2.50 × 2.00–2.10 × 2.20 m
2.7 m trailer
Dimensions: 2.70 × 2.00–2.10 × 2.20 m
2.8 m trailer
Dimensions: 2.80 × 2.00–2.10 × 2.20 m
3 m trailer
Dimensions: 3.00 × 2.00–2.10 × 2.20 m
3.5 m trailer
Dimensions: 3.50 × 2.00–2.10 × 2.20 m
The final dimensions, type of axle and GVM are selected after determining the structure, interior design and weight of the planned equipment.
The sloping roof gives the trailer the appearance of a small, mobile place. This structure works well at fairs, recreational areas, parks, seasonal locations and in permanent locations where the appearance of the facility is to emphasize the character of the surroundings.
The walls and roof are made of smooth sandwich panels with thermal insulation properties. The chassis structure is made of steel profiles protected with hot-dip zinc. We choose the angle of inclination and the height of the roof depending on the dimensions of the trailer and the planned appearance.
The form of the house can be combined with wood-like elements, individual colors, large sales windows, external lighting and branding. However, decorative elements should not restrict opening windows, ventilation or access to the interior.
The trailer can be prepared as an ice cream parlor, cafe, catering point, bakery, shop or sales stand. We adapt the interior design to a specific activity.
The size of the structure depends on the type of use, number of employees, equipment and expected interior layout. The values below mean length × width × height.
3.5 m trailer
Dimensions: 3.50 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
4 m trailer
Dimensions: 4.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
4.5 m trailer
Dimensions: 4.50 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
5 m trailer
Dimensions: 5.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
6 m trailer
Dimensions: 6.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
7 m trailer
Dimensions: 7.00 × 2.00–2.50 × 2.40 m
The availability of a specific axle variant and GVM should be confirmed after determining the dimensions, structure and weight of the equipment.
The exact scope of execution depends on the selected variant and individual design. The basic structure may include elements needed for transport, stable installation and preparation of the interior for further development.
The unusual shape does not limit the possibilities of preparing a functional interior. We determine the scope of installations, furniture and additional equipment based on the specific application and the list of devices.

What projects we perform
The appearance of the trailer is matched to the character of the brand, place of use and planned activity. Each of the following structures can be combined with an individually designed interior.
The sloping roof gives the structure the appearance of a small commercial premises. This form fits well with cafes, ice cream parlors, bakeries, catering outlets and stands operating in attractive locations.
The rounded roofline gives the trailer a distinctive, modern or retro look. The structure can be used, among others, as a mobile cafe, confectionery shop, ice cream parlor or promotional point.
For individual projects, we can develop a characteristic shape, additional roofs, unusual glazing, decorative elements or solutions emphasizing the brand's visual identification. The scope must always take into account construction and operational possibilities.
Repeatability of production
The production of trailers with non-standard shapes requires a combination of an individual design with solutions proven in everyday use. This includes construction, insulation, installation, flooring and documentation preparation.
Sandwich panels supporting thermal insulation of walls and selected roof variants.
Electrical and water installations adapted to the agreed equipment.
Homologation documents appropriate for the constructed variant of the structure.
Waterproof plywood with a lining intended for intensive use.
The interior layout is designed for a specific way of doing business.
Possibility to match colors, markings and additional equipment.

The image of your business
A distinctive shape can make the mobile point easier to recognize in the city space, during an event or on social media. The shape of a house, a rounded roof or individual design elements can become part of the brand image.
We always combine visual design with structural solutions. An effective form should not limit the working surface, arrangement of devices, opening windows, ventilation or access to installations.
Gives the best result a combination of original appearance and functional interior. Therefore, before designing the structure, we determine the purpose of the trailer and how it will be used on a daily basis.
Why Small Company?
We carry out the design, construction, development and agreed equipment in our plant. Direct contact with the manufacturer makes it easier to refine the individual shape and control subsequent stages of the order. We present the scope of construction, installation, equipment and visual elements in an individual offer before starting production.
Call: +48 501 644 760The subsequent stages of execution take place in our plant, thanks to which we can control the compliance of the structure with the established design.
We deliver the finished trailer with approval documents appropriate for the construction variant.
Many years of production and hundreds of implementations help us combine individual shapes with a functional interior and transport requirements.
We select the shape, dimensions, interior layout, materials and equipment to suit the purpose of the trailer, brand and client's budget.
How we do it
Implementation begins with knowing the purpose of the trailer, the expected appearance and equipment. Then we prepare the design, make the structure and install the agreed elements.
We discuss the purpose of the trailer, expected shape, dimensions, equipment, method of use and budget. The client's inspirations and sketches can be a starting point for further arrangements.
We develop the external shape and interior layout. We check the arrangement of windows, doors, devices, installations, lighting and decorative elements.
After accepting the design, we make the chassis, structure, roof, walls, installations and interior development. Then we install the agreed equipment and finishing elements.
The finished trailer can be picked up at the headquarters of Mały or ordered delivered to the indicated address after prior arrangement of transport conditions.
